Due to certain reasons visa procedure of 3 travellers has been delayed and we expect visa to be delivered in coming week, (possibly tomorrow-Monday). Will it be ok if I inform you the travel start date tomorrow or day after to change the policy starting date? or if it is too late tomorrow then I request you to please postponed the policy starting date from 22 Sept to 27 Sept, I will further keep you informed about the change in plan. Please disregard the previous request as there was an inadvertent error in mentioning the dates. With reference to my telephonic conversation with your customer support team, I would like to inform that my new travel dates are 23rd June 2015 to 28th August 2015. ( i.e. 23/06/2015 to 28/08/2015 ). I request you to modify my travel insurance accordingly as per the new dates. We got the travel insurance done for 4 of us, myself and 3 of my family members. It is regarding the a correction on the date of birth on the policy. Could you please change it from 01.03.1944 to 01/01/1944.

Once you complete the transaction, the policy will be sent to you immediately to the email-ids provided in the online application. The email copy of the policy is a valid legal document and a printout of the same is proof of your insurance coverage.
Before the policy start date - We need an email from the policy holder for the cancellation of the policy and the reason for cancellation. The policy will be cancelled and refund will be sent to the customer after deducting the cancellation charges.
