I would like to inform you that my schedule of foreign trip with my wife and my son has been cancelled with personal problems for your kind information. And I have purchased a travel insurance regarding this foreign trip which has been cancelled now. So I want to cancel this travel insurance policy purchased for myself, my wife and my son.

The details are:

• My Policy/Schedule No: PD723413
• Date of Issue: 25/05/2015

At last I humbly request you to please cancel my travel insurance and refund my whole insurance Fees as soon as possible

There will be cancellation charges of Rs.300/-. And the remaining amount of the refund cheque will be sent in 3-4 working days.
