Yes Outreach America insurance can be bought after the arrival in the US within the following constraints. It must be bought within 30 days for travelers above 65 years. Travelers below the age of 65 years can buy the Outreach America insurance within a 6 month time period after arriving in the US.

Outreach America Policy can be cancelled by submitting a written request to cancel@imglobal.com. However if you have filed claims, your premium is non-refundable.
