Suggested Serving Size:
Two-Four
Ingredients:
1 cup mint leaves
4 green chilies
1 clove garlic
½ tsp. cumin seeds
2 small pieces of cinnamon
2 cloves

½ coconut grated
tamarind to taste
1 medium size onion chopped
¼ bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
2 cups cooked basmati rice

Method of Preparation:
1. Grind mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, tamarind and grated coconut with little water.
2. In a pan heat 3 tsp. of oil. Add sesame seeds. After they splutter add onions and fry till golden brown.
3. Add the ground mixture, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
4. Bring the mixture to boil.
5. Mix it with cooked rice and serve hot.
Optional: Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
