Suggested Serving Size:  Four-Five

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1/4 kg
Carrot -3
peas -100 grams
Cauliflower -1/2
Beans -100 grams
Onions - 2
Capsicum -1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 1/2 tsp
Butter - 50 grams
Pav bhaji masala powder -1 1/2 tsp
Salt and Sugar - to taste
  Grind

Green chillies - 5
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 6 pods


Method of Preparation:
Cut all vegetables into small pieces except the potatoes, peas and capsicum and and cook all the vegetables. Peel the cooked potatoes and mash. Do not cook Capsicum.

Melt butter in a shallow pan, season with cumin seeds and fry the finely chopped onions in it till gloden brown. Now add the ground masala and fry. Add the finely cut tomatoes and fry till it is mashed properly. Add mashed potatoes, cut capsicum,other cooked vegetables, salt, chilli powder, and a pinch of sugar. Pour just enough water to make it into a thick gravy. Mash the vegetables thoroughly when it is boiling.When the gravy becomes thick garnish with coriander leaves and finely cut onions and serve with lime.

To Serve:
Cut the bun horizontally into half. Apply butter and heat on a flat pan and serve it with the masala.
