- OutPatient Treatment Cover + Wellness & Preventive Health Care: Rs. 5,000 (Floater).
- Domestic Road Emergency Ambulance: Upto Rs. 1,500 per Incident
Health Smart
- Hospitalization Cover (Family): 7Lakhs/10Lakhs.
- OutPatient Treatment Cover + Wellness & Preventive Health Care: Rs. 10,000 (Floater).
- Hospital Daily Cash (for max. 10 days with 3 days deductible): Rs. 2000 per day per insured.
Health Smart Plus
- Hospitalization Cover (Family): 15Lakhs/20Lakhs/30Lakhs/50Lakhs.
- Maternity Benefit (Normal+Cesarean Deliver/Pre-Post Natal(Rs. 2000 each)/ new Born Baby Cover upto Rs. 10,000 from day 1 to 91 days) Waiting Period for Maternity Benefit is 3 years: Normal Delivery upto Rs. 25,000, Cesarean Delivery upto Rs. 50,000.
Health Booster
- If you are above 18 years of age, you can buy the Health Booster Insurance policy for yourself and your family members, children and parents.
- Children have to be more than 91 days old to be eligible for the policy.
Personal Accident Insurance
- ICICI Lombard Personal Accident Insurance policy covers you not only against Accidental Death and Permanent Total Disablement (PTD), but also against terrorism and acts of terrorism. You can choose from 4 options of Rs 3 Lakhs, 5 Lakhs, 10 Lakhs or 20 Lakhs with a choice of cover period (annual auto renewal) - 3, 4 or 5 years.
