Patriot Group Exchange ProgramSM Insurance
The Basic Short-Term Travel Plan or the Standard Short-Term Travel Plan can be purchased for as little as 1 month of coverage but must be purchased for a minimum of three months if the group wishes to extend coverage with the renewable option. Each of these plans offer 24 hour availability and international benefits such as:
- Hospital room and board
- Emergency room
- Emergency medical evacuation
- Physician visits
- AD&D
Medical Insurance for Patriot Group Exchange ProgramSM Traveling Abroad
The Patriot Group Exchange ProgramSM Plan plan is designed for those who are:
- actively engaged or participating in an educational or cultural exchange program in the country of assignment through a sponsoring organization or school.
- traveling in a group to a destination that is not the home country of any of the traveling members.
Obtaining coverage is as simple as:
- filling out the Enrollment Form with information on Sponsoring Organization.
- filling out the Census Form with information on each Group Member.
- mailing or fax the above information to your independent agent or IMG.
