Yoga Information

According to the present day "Yoga is defined as the new age fitness mantra". This can be practiced among all the age groups to keep them fit. In Sanskrit yoga means "to unite".

The importance of yoga is to keep our mind stable, body fit and to make our mind to treat the people equally this is all nothing but a spiritual practice.

To keep ourselves physically and mentally fit we should cultivate a habit of doing yoga. To get rid of stress, disease, mental-illness, unhappy does a daily practice of yoga. The yoga techniques are very important.

Three main aspects of yoga

Asanas or poses: There are many different asanas in yoga which helps in strengthen muscles, improve circulation of blood and keep the body fit.

Pranayama or breathing: The advantages of Pranayama is to make the flow of energy easy in our body, as we inhale and exhale the air there will be calmness and we can have a stress free mind. This asana should be followed correctly otherwise it will have no effects.

Meditation: The advantages of doing meditation are to be calm, stress free, relaxed and anxiety.

Other aspects of yoga

Many people have a belief that the yoga is a bad practice where men and women will sit together in a row in the closed room without light, in many places yoga is not in practice.

Yoga does not have a particular place to start it's all depends on our mind set. You can start practicing from where you are.

There are many different types of yoga it all depends on us how do we fit into it. It helps an individual to change mentally and physically. Yoga can be practiced by all age groups and some yoga techniques are very simple and some are more challenging.

Many people have a belief that yoga is boring, but it's not it is a relaxing program to come out from stress, strengthen the mind and the body, to get rid of breathing problems.

The yoga sessions can be done in home, parks and meditation centers. Now-a-days yoga live sessions are conducted in the media like TV's and internet which will help the people to carry out easily. The main motto of this program is the keep the person fit by both body and mind.
