Schengen visa insurance requirements
The Schengen area which consists of 26 European countries
with a total population of about 400 million people. This Schengen countries have an agreement known as the Schengen agreement which has removed the passport and any other border controls within these 26 countries. In order to travel to the Schengen area many nationalities including Indians have to be issued a Schengen visa. This Schengen visa can be issued by the consulates of any of these countries. The traveler should typically get the Schengen visa issued in the country that you are entering the Schengen region, or the country where you are staying for the longest duration. - Coverage to include repatriation & evacuation charges
