Medical Expenses, Evacuation and Repatration - Coverage Up to Sum Insured:

Medical costs incurred due to illness or accidents including medically necessary and prescribed emergency evacuation will be covered in oriental overseas travel medical insurance. Compensation for expenses related to funeral or repatriation of remains back to republic of India, in case of death overseas

Dental Expenses

Covers expenses incurred for immediate relief of dental pain.

Personal Accidental Death

Covers death or permanent total disability in case of any accidents

Loss of Baggage (Checked-in)

This Cover compensates for permanent loss of checked-in-baggage

Personal Liability

Covers damages to be paid to a third party, resulting from death, injury or damage to health or property caused unintentionally by the insured

Loss Of Passport

In the event of Insured person losing their Passport during the trip, insurance will cover expenses incurred in obtaining a fresh or new passport

Trip Cancellation / Curtailment

In event of a trip cancellation the insurance Company will pay (upto the amount specified based on the plan chosen) for loss of personal accommodation and travel charges paid by the insured which are not recoverable from any other source.

Missed Connection

In event of an insured person missing a connecting flight on your outward or return journey the Insurance Company will cover all reasonable, additional travel or accommodation Cost. (upto the amount specified based on the plan chosen )

Bounced Hotel Booking

In event of the Insured Person not getting hotel services which were booked on a confirmed basis with the supplier, the Insurance Company will cover reasonable cost of the transportation or up gradation to another hotel if required.

Differences between all other insurance companies in India :

100 % Cashless Claims :In TrawellTag's Oriental travel insurance, the claims will be settled irrespective of the claim amount at the time of the treatment itself to the Hospital or Organization were the insured is getting treatment. In other insurance companies there is a slab of $500 to provide the Cashless claims, if there is any claim which is less then $500 then the insured will get the reimbursement in India.

Dental Treatment : In other insurance companies there is sum insured amount of $300 deductibles is starting $50 for the entire duration of policy but in our product there is $225 coverage per occurrence, so the insured person can get the treatment any number of times as there is no specified sum insured amount for Dental treatment.

Repatriation of Remains & Medical Evacuation :In other companies the coverage is restricted to $7500 but in our product the coverage is provided upto sum insured amount.

Baggage Loss :In other companies the sum insured amount for Baggage loss is $500 but in our product it is $1000 .
