Since my parents had already traveled out of India and I was told its not possible to have the travel insurance covered for them, I decided to call NRIOL. I was promptly serviced through phone as well as through email by NRIOL team who efficiently heard and understood my problem. With minimum documentation, NRIOL was able to offer me and my parents a comprehensive travel insurance policy in the quickest possible time.

I did my family travel insurance for Swiss through online but latter I realized the dates are not matching as per my Visa application . I was really worried and called helpdesk on early morning of Swiss time at 4 AM to extend the travel insurance . I was thinking it may take longer time for the changes and I was in tense because of my visa appointment in next 2 days .
The extension was done so smoothly and I did my payment transfer to the given bank account .
It was a wonderful experience on my transaction , infact the portal also very user friendly for making online insurance . I opted online purchase of travel insurance because my visa agent was claiming almost double the amount than online price.

I do appreciate the add on service of collecting the cheque at the door steps. Incidentally, when I came to know about the inadvertent error in the travel dates your staff took prompt action, got it endorsed and taken a print out using my computer instantly. This is the way to go and merits recognition.
