Business visa requirements - USA
The requirements that must be satisfied by an applicant to qualify for a Business Visa under the Immigration and Nationality Act are:
The Consular Officer at the embassy or consulate will decide whether you are eligible for the visa or not.
This law presumes that every business visa applicant is an intending immigrant. Therefore the visa applicant must prove the following:
- The purpose of visiting the U.S. if for Business.
- The duration of stay is limited
- The capability to cover expenses while in the U.S
- Capability of compelling social and economic ties abroad
- The applicant should have a residence outside the U.S and other binding ties that will ensure that he/she will return back to his/her home country at the end of the visit.
