"Are you happy with the service at Indian international airports?"

Dear Sir/Madam,

Based on the poll, it is evident that vast majority of NRI's had worst experiences at the Indian int'l airports. Is this (poll) in anyway going to help improve the service (from maintaining a proper order in the immigration line to treating the passengers with courtesy in at the customs instead "hawking" over whether the NRI's have "electronics, gold, or any other high-ticket items" in order to extort bribes.
