Dear Sir/Madam,

Please stop abusing Public Sector just like that. The reason why other airlines provide wheel chair and AI does not is that other airlines will include that $30 for wheel chair in your ticket irrespective of whether you use it or not, okay? And AI does not do that.

I'm sure if some Cathay PAcific or British Airways does the same and AI does the other, then every one will start appreciating foreign airlines by saying - "See, they charge you only when you need it, they are so good..".

And also dont take bad words for Public Sectors - their aim is not just to make profits but to provide social justice and explore opportunities in the fields where you dont find private sector going - like tribal development, defence research etc.

And mind you, Indian Armed Forces which are protecting your loved ones in India is also a public sector. And its integrity is never questioned. Some of the best schools in India - IITs/RECs/ IIMs are all government funded..
