What Chetan Dhruve has said is very true. I travel to India every year and I tell my wife about my wish list about what can be done to improve airports.

I think along with the upgrading of the airports, staff should provide better customer service at these vital institutions.

Yes, privatisation is the answer. And sooner they do it the better for India.
