Non-resident Indians plan to invest in urban development

Minister for Non-Resident Affairs Jagdish Tytler has announced that Non-resident Indians are willing to invest $2.7 billion for city development. According to a Press Trust of India report the city within a city was one area where the Government wanted to attract NRI investments.
"There has been a lot of interest from non-resident Indians to invest in their country of origin after the Government created a single window system to facilitate investments from Indians settled abroad", Jagdish Tytler said. He also said millions Indian people in the world want to invest in India real estate market.
