Interesting and exciting culture events and beauty contest will be held on 27th of February 2010. The cultural events are organised by the support of Incredible India! Within next three weeks the contestants will be shortlisted for the final round. The applicants are expected to send their photos and brief biography. Finalist will be allowed to participate in the final round. Heats are held to meet the contestants in person to attend to learn more about the pageant. After heats session the contestants are allowed for the final round of the contest. The organizers will go through the applications and the applicant will be contacted for a potential interview. Only the previous winners of the beauty pageant are not allowed to participate for the second time.

What is “Indian Background” according to the Miss India worldwide UK? ‘Indian Background’ acc to Miss India worldwide UK means, the applicant’s parents, grandparents, great grandparents, ancestors who originated in India and come from an Indian background. If she is born in a country other than India, but her background (mentioned above) is Indian, she qualifies to enter. Such countries include Trinidad, Guyana, and other islands. The winner of the pageant will be chosen as the ambassador for the British and South Asian communities. She will represent the UK in world finals. The venue for the Miss India Worldwide UK 2010 is announced as The Mermaid Theatre in London. There will be thrilling cultural event along with the finals of the beauty pageant. The winner of the contest will also receive one or two trip offers to the famous Anahita Resort in Mauritius.
