Three Indian doctors in Alberta were recently selected as part of "100 Physicians of the Century" i celebration of Centenary of Alberta, Canada. Dr. Brijendra Sood, Dr. Kabir Jivraj and Dr. Zaheerali Lakhani were prsented with palues at Gala Dinners held in Calgary and Edmonton .
Two Gala Dinners were held, one in Calgary, Alberta on The October 20 held at Palliser Fairmont Hotel in Calgary honored 32 doctors from Southern Alberta presenting them with plaques. Dr. Sood and Dr Jivraj were part of this group. On October 25 a similar event took place in Edmonton where the other 68 recipients received their plaques. Dr. Lakhani was one of the awardees at this event.
