Air India (A-I) on Thursday announced slashing of its fares by 15 to 25 per cent to destinations in the US and Europe between October and December to attract passengers in the coming winter season. It is meanwhile continuing with its other promotional schemes.
The special fares have been introduced for London, Paris, Frankfurt, New York, Newark and Chicago according to an Air India release. The release stated that these rates would be 15 to 25 per cent lower than those applicable during the peak July-September period when the carrier recorded high occupancy.
Promotional schemes have also been introduced for passengers travelling by First and Executive Class on these sectors.
