August 22, 2002 Deputy Prime Minister Advani asks for British support on dual nationality
The Deputy Prime Minister L. K. Advani who is currently visiting England has raised the long-standing NRI demand for dual nationality by asking for Britain's support for the proposal. According to the Times Of India, the issue came up during talks on Thursday with British Home Secretary David Blunkett.
