An Indian export organisation will participate in a conference on call centre management to be held in Chicago during July 30 – Aug 2, media reports say.
India's Electronic and Computer Software Export Promotion Council [ESC] will take a delegation to the 13th annual International Call Centre Management
Conference and Exhibition in Chicago. The exhibition will showcase call centre technologies and the trends in this field.
ESC’s Executive Director, D.K. Sareen, was quoted as saying that, "being organised in the shadow of US slowdown, this year's event is perceived to
be a confidence building exercise, and shall present the most comprehensive resources and products connected to call centres."
