June 29, 2001 Outsource to India, Indian IT minister says to US
India's Information Technology minister Promod Mahajan has told American companies to outsource to India to weather the recent economy slump, according to media reports. Mr Mahajan said this at a convention of the Information Technology Association of America in Orlando, Florida.
