Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, the Norwegian Prime Minister will visit India from 19-23rd April, according to the Ministry of External Affairs. He will be accompanied by his wife Ingrid Schulerud, government officials and a business delegation.
During his trip, Mr Stoltenberg will meet Prime Minister Vajpayee. He will also inaugurate India-Norway Power Meeting, a Seminar on Peace Keeping and the Norwegian Film Festival in New Delhi.
It goes without saying that he will make the obligatory trip to Bangalore – first for a India-Norway IT seminar, and then a visit to the Software Technology park and Infosys.
Further, IIM Bangalore and the University of Oslo are signing an agreement, which will be signed in Mr Stoltenberg’s presence.
