The two men arrested for the 1985 Air India bombing have been refused bail, news reports say.
The men, Ajaib Singh Bagri, 51, and Ripudaman Singh Malik, 53, were arrested in October last year and have remained in police custody since then. A Canadian court will hold a hearing on January 31 to fix a trial hearing date.
The men face charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the bombing of AI flight 182, in which all 329 passengers died when the plane came down off the Irish coast in 1985.
