Next international Indian film awards venue in South Africa

Continuing the tradition that was recently started in London, South Africa
will be the venue for the next international Indian film awards function.
According to a PTI report, South Africa is the likely choice thanks to its
large population of Indian origin. The report quotes the organisors of the
London event as being very enthusiastic about the people of South Africa as
well as the government there.
The event is likely to be held in the first quarter of next year, and the
estimated cost is Rs 140 million.
