According to a Reuters report, London's famous Madame Tussaud's museum announced
on Monday that they will introduce a "Bollywood" star in their exhibition.
The wax museum already has famous Indian personalities like Mahatma Gandhi and
Indira Gandhi.
The report quotes the museum spokeswoman Diane Moon as saying "Bollywood stars
enjoy the same international icon status as the biggest in Hollywood. However
we haven't yet made a decision about which star we will approach."
Bollywood pundits have been asked to come up with a shortlist of
candidates, however the public will also be given a chance to vote for the final
choice for the wax figure. The figure will apparently cost 30,000 pounds
($47,450) and take six months to make.
