Subject: IT entrepreneur seeks funds

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a member of an American company trying to establish a development company in India. We have been there and are organized there and ready to go but we need funding to get there and to get our business there up and running. We have found that Americans are not willing to invest in India because of the terrorism factor and Indians there won't help fund us until we get there and get going. Is there any way to get the funding we need from NRIs here in the states or can you think of any other avenues we can try. We need to get started ASAP.
