No. I would not do that !!! It is against our way of life culturally.

Increase literacy , try to root out corruption.

1. People and Cultures.

Corruption during the implementation of plans that give benefit to common citizens.

Current system of democracy is good.

No. It has improved the nationalistic sentiment.
