The name says it all. This charming country cottage, nestling in the Nilgiri (Blue Mountains) Hills, sits on the crest of the Ketti Valley, with stupendous views as far as the eye can see. On the far ridge of the valley you can watch the unique hill train chugging its way up to Ooty, twice a day from Mettupalyam, on a narrow gauge rail, disappearing now and again through tunnels carved into the hillsides. Lovedale Station is a stop en-route. The hills are covered with Eucalyptus, Pine, Wattle and Rhododendrons and wild berries - even Rhubarb.
The house is located just behind the 150 year old historic Lawrence School, which is only 7 km. away from the bustling hill town of Ooty, in the Nilgiri Hills of South India
